Important Information
The page size is A5 so bear this in mind when designing your advert. The advert dimensions will be 124mm wide by 204mm tall. For a bleed ad the dimensions will be 154mm wide by 216mm tall however you should allow a 3mm trim area on each side.
Photos must be a minimum of 300dpi resolution and as clear and sharp as possible, it is better if you can send the original camera file. All images must be sent as separate files, e.g if your advert is in Word, send us the Word document plus the original image files separately.
For website show pictures, please give the show name, year/date, file name and let us know if you would like any frames and/or dog’s names left on the photo or removed.
If you are providing a print ready pdf, make sure the fonts are embedded and please note we are not able to make any amendments to these, so you would need to re-supply the pdf if you wish to make any changes.
If you require specific fonts and/or colours, please specify these when providing your copy.
Photo credits – make sure you have permission to reproduce any photos and tell us who they should be credited to.
If you are emailing your advert/photo and it is over 5MB in size, please send a separate email letting us know you have sent it as large emails may not get through.
All adverts must be paid for prior to publication, if your payment isn’t received by the time we go to print your advert will not appear.
Only fully paid up members can advertise in our Yearbooks.
The deadline is October 31st 2015 and you can make changes up to 31st December 2015.
A proof of your advert will be emailed to you for approval.

Please make cheques payable to “ISCGB” or “Italian Spinone Club of Great Britain”. We are unable to bank cheques made out to any other name.
