came to live with us at the age of 4 in May 1997, we had seen the
spinone for the 1st time, several years before and when Linda Collins
asked if we would like her, we jumped at the chance. She staked her
claim to one of the armchairs immediately upon arrival, and settled
down to an easy life. She developed pseudomonas soon after her arrival,
but coped patiently with all the trips to the vets that ensued, and
eventually had surgery on both her ears. A testament to her wonderful
temperament, our vet said he had never seen a dog who was so stoical
& calm when having treatment, she never complained.
main pleasures in life were food, walks, our company & more food,
in that order. She was an absolute sweetie to live with and the house
seems very quiet without her…..
