Articles About The Club

In this section you can download a Membership application form, and read our Rules & Regulations and Code of Ethics.  The Kennel Club also have a separate Code of Conduct relating to Social Media which you can read here

If you wish to make a complaint, this should be made in writing, signed.

The Club is unable to get involved in personal disputes and after consulting with the Kennel Club our advice to members is as follows:

Incidents that take place at a KC licensed event should be reported to the Show Secretary for the Kennel Club to deal with.

Welfare issues should be reported to the RSPCA as we have no powers to act.  The Club will of course help with the placement of dogs that are offered for fostering/rehoming.

Trading Standards and Citizens Advice Bureau are there for Sale of Goods related issues.

Complaints regarding posts on Social Media sites or chat groups should be taken up with the social media site, discussion group owner or directly with the person who posted the comment.

Harassment, bullying, libel and slander will need to be dealt with by the legal system so advice should be sought from a Solicitor.
