1 brown roan bitch and 1 white and orange bitch went missing at 7.30pm, whilst out on excercise last night (12th May) despite constant searching last night and early this morning there is no trace of them. Local services have all been contacted without any news. Located 1/2 way between Aylesbury and Bicester.

My major fear now is that they have been picked up and taken somewhere so if anyone hears of anything please let me know.

The health, happiness and welfare of the Spinone is paramount - at all times.

I.S.C.G.B. Grouse Pointing Test March 29th 2008

Saturday morning I met the group who were going to go up onto the moor at the Keeper Andy Page’s house at around 8,45am, with a strong wind and a dull over cast that was holding off the rain. By 9.00am everyone was assembled and we set of in the cars to drive the 2 miles!! into the moor along a hard track, seeing Oyster Catchers, Pheasant, Red Shank, Lapwings, Curlews and even a 'Good Morning' from a cock Grouse with his hen feeding on grit by the  track, plus the Swaledale Ewes watching over us.

Late last summer I was lucky enough to be asked if I would like to come ‘up north' once a month and join in with a small group of people who enjoy training their HPRs. For me this entailed a round trip of approx 4 hrs but as I found out it is well worth the trip each month. Having heard how this group was formed I approached Ingrid Moyser and Marie Holt to see if they would like to share their experience of setting up and running this training group. Between them they have a very interesting story to tell.
